PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payments can be made by cash or card (if client is present at time of service), cheque (sent to us by post) or online bank transfer. Payment details are provided on the invoice.
For pre-booked transportation services, a non-refundable deposit of £50 may be requested to secure the date. This will then be deducted from the final balance.
There is a cancellation fee across all of our services. For pre-booked services there is a 50% cancellation fee if less than 48 hours notice is given. This fee is 50% of the quoted price and is payable by bank transfer. We will retain the £50 deposit paid at the time of booking.
If our service is cancelled whilst enroute for an emergency call-out or long distance transportation job, the cancellation fee will be calculated at 50% of the quoted price (or minimum £100) payable by bank transfer at the time of cancellation.
